Galion His­tor­i­cal Soci­ety — Din­ing and Debate Fall Banquet

The ban­quet will be held at Galion Free Methodist Church, 683 Port­land Way North. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and din­ner will be served at 6, with a pro­gram to start at 7 p.m. The ban­quet is open to the pub­lic at a cost of $15 per per­son for din­ner and pro­gram. North Side Farm­ers Market

The mar­ket will be open on Tues­days from 4 — 6 p.m. in the park­ing lot in front of Ken­tucky Fried Chicken on Ohio State Route 598. Locally raised pro­duce and baked goods will be for sale, with other items when avail­able through­out the sea­son, until mid-October.

Com­mu­nity Meal — First Lutheran Church

Free blood pres­sure checks will be held from 9:30 — 11:30 a.m. in the Med­ica­tion Mgt. Cen­ter (for­merly Med­ical Staff Library). Park in the lower level park­ing lot D. Enter through the entrance located to the left, to Ambu­la­tory Surgery. The Med­ica­tion Man­age­ment Cen­ter will be the first door on the right.

Tai Chi Classes

The First Pres­by­ter­ian Church, 240 S. Maket St. hosts on-going Tai Chi classes every Wednes­day, from 10 — 11:30 a.m. The cost is $8 per session.
