Monday's motion hearing for Cory Jackson postponed

UPDATE 8/27/12 — The motion hear­ing sched­uled for Mon­day, August 27 for Cory Jack­son of Bel­lville has been postponed.

The prosecutor’s office has filed a con­tin­u­ance motion, due to the fact that some of the wit­nesses were not avail­able for Monday’s hear­ing. Judge Howard Hall Hall is grant­ing the continuance.

The new dates for the hear­ing will be Wednes­day, Novem­ber 7 and Thurs­day, Novem­ber 8, 2012.
