Court selected for Cardington's homecoming Friday

The Cardington-Lincoln High School Homecoming ceremony will be held Friday, September 14, at 6:30 pm in the Fisher football stadium. The ceremony will precede the football game when the Pirates host Buckeye Valley.

The Cardington-Lincoln High School homecoming court for 2012 is: Back row (l-r): Katie Spargo, junior attendant; Esther Elliott, Sophomore attendant; and Tiara Snyder, freshman attendant. Seated are the queen candidates (l-r): seniors Leah Doubikin, Austin Elliott and Sidney Sites.
Queen candidates are Leah Doubikin, Austin Elliott and Sidney Sites, all seniors. Attendants are Tiara Snyder, freshman; Esther Elliott, sophomore and Katie Spargo, junior.
Junior court attendants are first grade students Kyra Morris-Montgomery, daughter of James and Kimberly Morris-Montgomery; Ashley Foster, daughter of Tim and Terri Foster and Parker Delawder, son of Jeff and Heather Delawder.
Crowning the new king and queen will be the 2011 king and queen Caleb Martin and Ellie Perry.
A dance will be held in the high school cafeteria from 9 to 11:30 pm following the game. Dress is casual or informal. Admission is $3 per person. DJ will be Ron Choina with Audio Rush Entertainment.
Sponsoring the king and queen ceremony and the dance is the student council, Jada Urquhart, advisor.
