Now, Norma is looking forward to her family reunion in Heaven, and she will be patiently waiting with open arms for all of them to join her, with Jesus by her side.

She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband, Chet Baxter of Mount Gilead; two children: Lisa (Les) Jamieson of Mansfield, and Thomas (Rose) Baxter of Sugarcreek, OH three sisters and five brothers: Bernice Hamlin of Florence, KY, Ken (June) Stephens of West Chester, OH, Glenn (Mel) Stephens of Stearns, KY, Ann (Ray) Shoopman of Stearns, KY, Barb (Paul) Meadows of Peebles, OH, Doyle (Vickie) Stephens of Pleasant Plain, OH, Dale (Doris) Stephens of Lake Placid, FL, and Pastor Ronnie (Connie) Stephens of Blanchester, OH; and oodles of nieces and nephews. Including her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Willard Hamlin.
