Scot VB still perfect in league

Highland got off to a good start last week in volleyball, as they topped Ridgedale 25–15, 25–15, 25–20 in Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference action on Tuesday.
Kam Terry finished with 13 kills, eight digs and four aces; while Macy Winkelfoos picked up 12 kills and 10 digs. Also, Addie Franklin mustered four kills.
The Scots claimed another league win on Thursday, as they topped North Union 20–25, 25–23, 25–20, 25–12.
Terry finished with 22 kills, six aces and 23 digs; while Carley Gahm finished with 20 assists. Also, Lexi Winkelfoos added 16 assists and 12 digs.
Highland would then win one of three matches at the Granville Tournament. New Albany beat the Scots 25–22, 28–26 and Ridgewood took a 25–15, 25–16 win. The Scots then beat Northridge by a 25–11, 25–23 score. The team currently has a 7–5 record and is 4–0 in conference play.
Terry finished the day with 36 kills and five aces, while Macy Winklefoos added 16 kills.
The 9–3 JV team also went 1–2 during the day at the tournament.
Northmor Knights
Northmor’s week started out with a three-game loss to Buckeye Valley on Tuesday. The Barons took the contest by scores of 25–13, 25–16 and 25–18.
Allie Tupps was 14–14 with three aces serving and 70–71 setting with 13 assists. Alisha Pletcher added five kills on 13–15 hitting and also had three blocks.
Lauren Bood finished with five kills on 14–15 hitting, while Shelbie Wiseman contributed 12 digs.
The Knights then lost to Pleasant, also in three games, on Thursday.
Chelsea Trainer finished 7–7 serving with one ace, while Wiseman finished 7–7 serving and added six digs. Kylee Keller also tallied six digs in the contest.
Tupps picked up 14 assists on 71–71 serving, while also getting seven digs. Also, Hannah Liberti was 13–13 hitting with four kills, Bood was 6–7 hitting with three kills and Pletcher was 17–22 hitting with five kills.
On Saturday, Northmor dropped a 23–25, 19–25, 22–25 decision to Elgin to fall to 4–4 on the season.
Pletcher was 22–26 hitting with 10 kills and added six blocks. Liberti added seven kills on 16–20 hitting, while Kelsey Reeder and Wiseman both had nine digs. Wiseman also had two aces on 10–10 serving.
Tupps finished with 28 assists on 85–86 setting and had two aces on 14–14 serving.
