Annual coat drive underway

The Upper Room in Card­ing­ton will be giv­ing away coats to those in need on Sat­ur­day, Novem­ber 10, from 9 — 1:30 pm.

Last year we gave over 250 coats away to the com­mu­nity! Let’s do it again! We are look­ing for new or slightly worn coats. We will be accept­ing drop offs every Wednes­day evening 6–8 pm, Sat­ur­day Evening 6–10 pm and Sun­day 10 am-1 pm at the Upper Room, located at 102 E. Main, Card­ing­ton. You may also bring them to Sames & Cook at 33 S. Main in Mt. Gilead Mon-Fri 7–5 pm or Sat­ur­day 8–2 pm.
