Morrow County Chamber of Commerce to hold Worker's Comp meeting October 11

You are invited to attend a meet­ing with Ohio Bureau of Work­ers’ Com­pen­sa­tion Admin­is­tra­tor, Stephen Buehrer.

Admin­is­tra­tor Buehrer has made it a pri­or­ity to keep in touch with com­mu­nity groups, cham­bers of com­merce and other stake­hold­ers around the state dur­ing his 18 months at BWC. 

BWC’s man­date from the Gov­er­nor has been straight-forward: Improve Ohio’s work­ers’ com­pen­sa­tion sys­tem so that it is no longer a bar­rier to eco­nomic growth. BWC has taken that man­date seri­ously and since the begin­ning of 2011 has made great progress in help­ing injured work­ers and businesses.

Admin­is­tra­tor Buehrer wants to update you on these changes and pro­vide you the oppor­tu­nity to share your com­ments. It’s impor­tant to the Admin­is­tra­tor that he hear from the peo­ple who are engaged in work­ers’ com­pen­sa­tion activ­i­ties in their places of business.

On Octo­ber 11, 2012, the meet­ing will be held, from 9:00–10:30 a.m., in the Hos­pice of Mor­row County con­fer­ence room. Their address is 228 South Street, Mt.
