M. Dale McCleary

Mar­vin Dale McCleary, age 59 of Cale­do­nia died as a result of a high­way acci­dent on Mon­day Octo­ber 29th, 2012.

Dale was born in Mar­ion as the son of the late Shel­don and Mar­i­lyn (Sim­mons) McCleary. He was a proud grad­u­ate of North­mor High School. He was employed for 26 years at Galion Dresser, had dri­ven Semi for Schnei­der Truck­ing and had been a School Bus Dri­ver at North­mor for about six years.

Dale loved to ride his motor­cy­cle and was a proud mem­ber of Road Rid­ers For Jesus #79. He enjoyed his many trips to South Dakota to hunt Pheas­ant and he was a proud mem­ber of Canaan United Methodist Church. But above all he just loved spend­ing time with his family.

Dale’s mem­ory will be cher­ished by his daugh­ter and son-in-law Brandy & Jeff Bright of Mar­ion, his fiance Roberta Rine­hart, three grand­chil­dren; Zachory McCleary, Ethan Bright and Sierra Devlin of Mar­ion. He will also be remem­bered by his two sis­ters; Sheryl Turner of Cale­do­nia and Sharon McCleary of Okla­homa. Two nieces; Dawn Scott and Andrea Turner and his nephew Ian Hypes. He was pre­ceded in death by one brother.

Funeral ser­vices for Dale will con­ducted at 1:30 pm Sat­ur­day Novem­ber 3rd at the Tim­son Allen & Mel­roy Funeral Home in Cale­do­nia with Pas­tor Matt Skel­ton offi­ci­at­ing. Inter­ment will fol­low at Salem M.E. Ceme­tery Harp­ster. Friends may call at the funeral home on Fri­day from 5 — 9.
