GED Test available at Mt. Gilead Library this Friday
Did you need to earn a GED? Do you think you have the skills necessary to pass the test? If you answered yes, here is your opportunity to find out if you do. The Marion Technical College ABLE program will offering an opportunity to take the Official GED Practice Test at no charge. The testing will be held at the Mount Gilead Public Library on Friday, November 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Anyone interested in participating should call 740–389-4636 ext. 410 or 1–877-389‑2253 by Thursday, November 15 to reserve a spot.
In 2014, a new form of the GED test will be introduced. At that time, testing will be done only by using the computer. The cost for the new test and the difficulty of the test are expected to increase. Everyone is encouraged to start preparing now and complete the current form of the test by December, 2013!
