She specifically mentions aging citizens who use this department for transportation services. Is she referring to Aging Developmentally Disabled citizens? It does not read clearly and to me reads that they offer services to all aging citizens which does not seem to fall under the umbrella of "Developmental Disabilities" to me. I think everyone would benefit from a clear understanding of what services this group provides, exactly, and to whom, before another attempt at a levy is made. I for one am tired of being bombarded by this request at the polls every time I vote, but perhaps I (and others) am not clear on all the services provided by this group.
