Mr. Randolph;
First let me commend you on your service to this country and I thank you. Since you served in WW II, you are a few years older than myself, but I must respectfully disagree with your comparing Mr. Hack’s fervor, with the insanity of Mr. McCarthy and his Anti-Communist campaign in the late forties. Mr. McCarthy had a tendency to see a Communist behind every tree, whereas Mr. Hack, only sees a Socialist or a Communist, as I prefer to call him, behind the doors of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. When you look at some of Mr. Obama’s former and present associates you can understand Mr. Hack’s and many others concern that Mr. Obama is leading us down a very dangerous road to Socialism. His former Pastor (?) Reverend Wright, wanted God to Damn America. His friend and associate William Ayers, was a member of the Weatherman Underground and responsible for bombing a Federal Building, back in the sixties. His former Czar, Van Jones is an avowed Communist and just the other day, one of his staunchest supporters and financial contrributor, Jeffery Immelt, the CEO of GE and I might add, a man who does a lot of business, with Communist China, made the Asinine Statement, (despite the fact that he has become very wealthy in a Capitalist society) that a little Communism would not be all that bad.
Remembering the quote from Sophicles, I believe, you should not kill the messenger, just because you don’t like his message. Mr. Hack and many others are merely trying to warn those who may be blinded by Mr. Obama’s rhetoric and oratory skills, which to my way of thinking is all that he has going for him.
I’m sure Mr. Hack doesn’t need anyone defending him, because he is totally capable of doing that himself. I am just mirroring his concern.
