1/20/13
10:19 p.m– A woman parked in the Drug Mart parking lot over an extended period of time explained that she was waiting on her boyfriend to leave work at Kroger.
9:51 p.m– While patrolling on foot, an entrance to a business was found improperly secured on S. Main St. Everything appeared ok and the entrance was secured.
5:51 p.m– Investigated an alarm drop on Bank St. The alarm company reported the call false.
4:19 p.m– Cited and released a man on W. Marion Rd. for driving under suspension.
4 p.m– A fuel theft was reported by Duke staff.
8:57 a.m– Moved a trash can out of the roadway on Town St.
7:32 a.m– Moved a trash can lid out of the roadway on S. Cherry St.
3:08 a.m– While patrolling on foot, an entrance was found improperly secured on W. Marion Rd. The door was secured.
1/19/13
2:22 p.m– Arrested a man on S. Main St. on an active warrant out of Morrow County.
1:19 p.m– Attempted to assist hospital staff with a patient who refused to return to his room. Because the patient was not causing any issues sitting in the lobby, the officer was unable to do anything.
12:37 p.m– While going to conduct a well being check on S. Delaware St., the officer was advised that contact was made with the subject.
9:53 a.m– A large amount of trash located in the roadway on Park Ave. was cleared by an officer.
8:42 a.m– On N. Delaware St. the officer removed a trash can from the roadway.
7:06 a.m– Alerted Time Warner Cable that a cable line was hanging down on Maple St.
5:21 a.m– Cited and released a man on S. Main St. for driving under suspension.
2:56 a.m– At the intersection of E. Marion and E. Center Streets a trash can that was lying in the middle of the road was removed.
1:48 a.m– The garage door of a business on N. Main St. was secured after being found empty.

7:25 p.m– A woman was arrested for theft on W. Marion Rd.
8:49 p.m– A man was cited for no operators license on W. Marion Rd.
2:10 p.m– Attempted to locate a truck involved in a hit skip in Edison with negative find.
10:19 a.m– Aided a motorist on S. Delaware St. who had locked his keys inside of his vehicle.
1:55 p.m– On Lee St. a theft of drugs was reported.
11:04 a.m– Checked out a non injury accident on E. Marion St.
1:35 a.m– Cited and released a man on W. Marion Rd. for driving under suspension.

5:29 p.m– A woman on Douglas St. reported that her neighbors television was turned up to an unpleasantly high volume. The neighbor was advised to keep the volume down.
3:25 p.m– Assisted a woman on Marion Rd. who locked her keys inside of her vehicle.
1:45 p.m– Delivered a message on behalf of dispatch on E. North St.
8:29 a.m– Assisted the squad with a patient on S. Main St.
3 a.m– Aided EMS on S. Delaware St. with a patient.

6:04 p.m– On Center St. assisted fire control with an elderly lady who was locked out of her home. She was later taken to the hospital due to her time spent in the cold.
8:08 p.m– Provided assistance to a motorist on Chartwell St. who locked their keys inside of their vehicle.
6:31 a.m– Cited and released a man on S. Main St. for driving under suspension and one brake light.
12:20 a.m– On Lee St. cited and released a man for driving under suspension and no tail lights.

8:30 p.m– Duke staff reported a gasoline drive off.
5:18 p.m– Checked and secured an open door on Neal Ave.
2:15 p.m– A woman on S. Delaware St. reported that her upstairs neighbors were behaving badly and had come into her apartment uninvited.
11:51 a.m– A theft from a building on Neal Ave. was reported.
9:10 a.m– On Westview Dr. a caller reported being the victim of an Internet scam.
3:37 a.m– Assisted the squad with a patient on S. Delaware St.
3:17 a.m– Excessive noise was reported on S. Delaware St. The accused offender was advised to keep the volume down.
1:37 a.m– Neighbors reported that their neighbor on S. Delaware St. was listening to their radio at an excessive volume.
1:16 a.m– Assisted a Sheriff’s Deputy with a report of the sound of gun fire or explosives on Co. Rd. 224.
12:27 a.m– The officer made contact with a man walking on E. High St. The man said he was walking to his girlfriends house and that he has an active active arrest warrant. The officer checked with dispatch who advised that he did not have any warrants.
1/14/13
3:30 p.m– A woman on N. Vine St. reported having a custody issue with her ex husband.
1:57 p.m– On Marion Rd. a man living in an apartment complex reported that his neighbor was once again causing problems and making threats. Upon arrival the neighbor was witnessed shouting and making challenges. The man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
1:04 p.m– Pharmacy staff on Marion Rd. reported that they believed a woman had taken a prescription without paying.
12:47 p.m– Provided assistance to a motorist on Marion Rd. who was unable to gain entry to their vehicle.
7:17 a.m– A business on Office Park Dr. reported that one of their trucks had been vandalized.
6:15 a.m– Assisted the Highway Patrol on U.S 42 with traffic control due to a crash.
5:27 a.m– Made contact with a vehicle sitting in the school parking lot on S. Main St. The driver advised that the vehicle was disabled and he was waiting for a tow truck.
12:14 a.m– Aided the squad on Douglas St.
