Four now indicted in home invasion

Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 — Another suspect has been named in connection with the February 2 home invasion on County Road 169 in Morrow County.
Four indictments were issued by the Grand Jury today, to include:
Amber Feltner, charged with one count of complicity to aggravated burglary, one count of complicity to aggravated robbery, three counts of complicity to kidnapping, and one count of complicity to theft of drugs.
Edmund Shaw, II faces seven felony charges: one count of aggravated burglary with firearms specifications, one count of aggravated robbery with firearms specifications, three counts of kidnapping with firearms specifications, one count theft of drugs, and one count of having weapons under a disability. Shaw, 50, of Mt. Gilead, is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Ryan Beach is also charged with one count aggravated burglary with firearms specifications, one count aggravated robbery with firearms
specifications, three counts of kidnapping with firearms specifications, one count theft of drugs, and one count of having weapons under disability. Beach, 24, of Mt. Gilead, is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Tyler Shadwick, 25, of Mt. Gilead, has been charged with one count of complicity to aggravated burglary, one count of complicity to aggravated robbery, three counts of complicity to kidnapping, and one count of complicity to theft of drugs.
The home invasion occurred in the 2700 block of County Road 169 in Lincoln Twp about 8 p.m on Saturday, February 2.
The victim, who was not injured in the incident, said the suspects were wearing ski masks and carrying a shotgun when they broke into his residence. He said he was bound by the suspects, who stole various items, then fled in a waiting vehicle. The victim gave chase in his vehicle after he freed himself, and rammed the suspects’ vehicle, forcing it off the roadway at the intersection of CR 161 and State Route 61.
The investigation is ongoing with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.
