2/10/13

9:31 p.m– Inves­ti­gated a report of an open door on N. Main St. It advised that ear­lier the door had been closed, but then it was open. The build­ing was searched and every­thing appeared to be in order.

8:53 p.m– Responded to a reported domes­tic dis­pute on Lee St. A man had reported a con­flict involv­ing him­self, his girl­friend, and her mother. At one point all par­ties began shov­ing each other, and the man was hit by his girlfriend’s mother, caus­ing him a swollen lip. No par­ties were charged, but the inci­dent was documented.

5:44 p.m– Arrested a sub­ject on Lee St. for domes­tic vio­lence, resist­ing arrest, pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana, and sev­eral warrants.

1:29 p.m– Inves­ti­gated a non-injury acci­dent on W. Mar­ion Rd.

9:22 a.m– Cited and released a sub­ject on N. Main St. for D.U.S and expired registration.

7:12 a.m– A man on on S. Delaware St. advised that some­one had got into his vehi­cle and stole his dri­vers license and med­ical insur­ance card.

2:56 a.m– Arrested, cited, and released a man on N. Delaware St. for O.V.I.

1:09 a.m– An car alarm was reported by the owner on N. Wal­nut St. She observed a sub­ject near her vehi­cle who advised that his car was lost. The owner requested that extra patrol be per­formed in the area.

11:51 p.m– Assisted the Sheriff’s office on Co. Rd. 183.

6:36 p.m– Inves­ti­gated a 911 hang up on Grant St.

5:34 p.m– Inves­ti­gated a sex offense at var­i­ous loca­tions in the village.

3:14 p.m– Duke staff reported a fuel drive off on W. High St.

12:44 p.m– Aided a motorist who had locked her keys inside of her vehi­cle on W. Mar­ion Rd.

11:48 a.m– A man on S. Delaware St. reported a G.P.S stolen from his vehi­cle on S. Delaware St.

11:01 a.m– Aided a man on N. Main St. whose vehi­cle had ran out of gas.

8:40 a.m– Helped a man on West­view Dr. whose keys were stuck in his vehicle.

2/8/13

5:26 p.m– Arrested a man on South St. for a war­rant from from Mor­row County.

4:33 p.m– Dealt with a deer related inci­dent on Lee St.

4:15 p.m– Store staff on W. High St. reported that a woman in the store was attempt­ing to take her clothes off and put items in the cooler. When the offi­cer attempted to speak with the woman, she did not respond. It was observed that her pants were wet and there was a pud­dle of urine and feces on the floor. A squad was called and the woman was trans­ported to the hospital.

5:58 p.m– A cus­tomer at the Kroger gas sta­tion was alerted that he hadn’t paid his balance.

11:05 a.m– Aided a dis­abled vehi­cle on Lee St. in get­ting fuel.

2:36 a.m– While patrolling on foot, an entrance to the Gilead Chris­t­ian school was found to be improp­erly secured.

2/7/13

12:50 a.m– A woman on Mar­ion Rd. locked her keys inside of her vehicle.

9:45 a.m– Checked out an alarm drop on Mar­ion Rd.

4 a.m– Assisted the squad on Iberia St.

12:30 a.m– Assisted the fire dept. in ref­er­ence to a fire alarm on W. Mar­ion Rd. It was dis­cov­ered that the alarm was caused by a wash­ing machine.

2/6/13

11:59 p.m– A woman on Lee St. was advised to keep the vol­ume of her music down.

8:55 a.m– A woman explained that the loud noises com­ing from her home were due to the fact that she was clean­ing her rug on S. Delaware St.

8:10 p.m– Addressed a report of a bark­ing dog on Bank St.

7:44 p.m– Checked out an alarm drop on Meadow Dr.

11:40 a.m– Assisted the Sheriff’s Office with the trans­porta­tion of a subject.

10:09 a.m– A dri­ver dri­ving reck­lessly was reported on N. Main St., offi­cers were unable to locate the vehicle.

2:25 p.m– Inves­ti­gated a non injury acci­dent on Mar­ion Rd.

2:18 a.m– Advised a man on E. Union St. that he needed to keep the noise level of his music down.

2/5/13

9:08 p.m– A dis­or­derly con­duct warn­ing was issued to two men hors­ing around on W. High St.

6:50 p.m– A woman requested a well being check be con­ducted on father, but within min­utes of hang­ing up with police, he con­tacted her.

5:48 p.m– On Lee St. assisted the Sheriff’s office with the arrest of a man on a felony warrant.

5:04 p.m– Attempted to locate a dis­abled vehi­cle on S. Main St. but was unable to find any.

5:02 p.m– Duke staff reported a fuel drive off.

3 p.m– Helped a woman on N. Cherry St. whose keys were locked inside of her vehicle.

7:50 a.m– A woman on E. North St. locked her keys inside of her vehicle.

2:30 a.m– Made con­tact with a woman on Lee St. at the request of the Mar­ion County Sheriff’s Office.

4:30 p.m– A man reported receiv­ing threat­en­ing phone calls from his wife on W. Elm St. He only wanted the inci­dent documented.

1:58 p.m– A fuel drive off was reported on W. High St.
