2/10/13
9:31 p.m– Investigated a report of an open door on N. Main St. It advised that earlier the door had been closed, but then it was open. The building was searched and everything appeared to be in order.
8:53 p.m– Responded to a reported domestic dispute on Lee St. A man had reported a conflict involving himself, his girlfriend, and her mother. At one point all parties began shoving each other, and the man was hit by his girlfriend’s mother, causing him a swollen lip. No parties were charged, but the incident was documented.
5:44 p.m– Arrested a subject on Lee St. for domestic violence, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and several warrants.
1:29 p.m– Investigated a non-injury accident on W. Marion Rd.
9:22 a.m– Cited and released a subject on N. Main St. for D.U.S and expired registration.
7:12 a.m– A man on on S. Delaware St. advised that someone had got into his vehicle and stole his drivers license and medical insurance card.
2:56 a.m– Arrested, cited, and released a man on N. Delaware St. for O.V.I.
1:09 a.m– An car alarm was reported by the owner on N. Walnut St. She observed a subject near her vehicle who advised that his car was lost. The owner requested that extra patrol be performed in the area.

11:51 p.m– Assisted the Sheriff’s office on Co. Rd. 183.
6:36 p.m– Investigated a 911 hang up on Grant St.
5:34 p.m– Investigated a sex offense at various locations in the village.
3:14 p.m– Duke staff reported a fuel drive off on W. High St.
12:44 p.m– Aided a motorist who had locked her keys inside of her vehicle on W. Marion Rd.
11:48 a.m– A man on S. Delaware St. reported a G.P.S stolen from his vehicle on S. Delaware St.
11:01 a.m– Aided a man on N. Main St. whose vehicle had ran out of gas.
8:40 a.m– Helped a man on Westview Dr. whose keys were stuck in his vehicle.

5:26 p.m– Arrested a man on South St. for a warrant from from Morrow County.
4:33 p.m– Dealt with a deer related incident on Lee St.
4:15 p.m– Store staff on W. High St. reported that a woman in the store was attempting to take her clothes off and put items in the cooler. When the officer attempted to speak with the woman, she did not respond. It was observed that her pants were wet and there was a puddle of urine and feces on the floor. A squad was called and the woman was transported to the hospital.
5:58 p.m– A customer at the Kroger gas station was alerted that he hadn’t paid his balance.
11:05 a.m– Aided a disabled vehicle on Lee St. in getting fuel.
2:36 a.m– While patrolling on foot, an entrance to the Gilead Christian school was found to be improperly secured.

12:50 a.m– A woman on Marion Rd. locked her keys inside of her vehicle.
9:45 a.m– Checked out an alarm drop on Marion Rd.
4 a.m– Assisted the squad on Iberia St.
12:30 a.m– Assisted the fire dept. in reference to a fire alarm on W. Marion Rd. It was discovered that the alarm was caused by a washing machine.

11:59 p.m– A woman on Lee St. was advised to keep the volume of her music down.
8:55 a.m– A woman explained that the loud noises coming from her home were due to the fact that she was cleaning her rug on S. Delaware St.
8:10 p.m– Addressed a report of a barking dog on Bank St.
7:44 p.m– Checked out an alarm drop on Meadow Dr.
11:40 a.m– Assisted the Sheriff’s Office with the transportation of a subject.
10:09 a.m– A driver driving recklessly was reported on N. Main St., officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
2:25 p.m– Investigated a non injury accident on Marion Rd.
2:18 a.m– Advised a man on E. Union St. that he needed to keep the noise level of his music down.

9:08 p.m– A disorderly conduct warning was issued to two men horsing around on W. High St.
6:50 p.m– A woman requested a well being check be conducted on father, but within minutes of hanging up with police, he contacted her.
5:48 p.m– On Lee St. assisted the Sheriff’s office with the arrest of a man on a felony warrant.
5:04 p.m– Attempted to locate a disabled vehicle on S. Main St. but was unable to find any.
5:02 p.m– Duke staff reported a fuel drive off.
3 p.m– Helped a woman on N. Cherry St. whose keys were locked inside of her vehicle.
7:50 a.m– A woman on E. North St. locked her keys inside of her vehicle.
2:30 a.m– Made contact with a woman on Lee St. at the request of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

4:30 p.m– A man reported receiving threatening phone calls from his wife on W. Elm St. He only wanted the incident documented.
1:58 p.m– A fuel drive off was reported on W. High St.
