Pizza Burg pizza restaurant opened quietly at 149 Iberia Street in Mt. Gilead on Thursday January 16. It is located in the space that was formerly occupied by Doolittles Chicken Company before it moved to its present location.
Pizza Burg is a family owned and operated restaurant owned by Jason Bentz and co-owner Meghan Kyle both of Centerburg.
“We’ve been doing pizza for a long time. My dad owned a pizza shop for 30 years. I have been doing pizza all my life” said Bentz. “We are very family oriented.”
Pizza Burg has shops located in Centerburg, owned by Bentz’s mother, and in Johnstown Ohio, owned by Bentz’s brother.
