02/03/14 - UPDATE - 3:25 p.m. - The National Weather Service in Cleveland has upgraded the Winter Storm Watch for this area to a Warning, predicting 6 to 8 inches of snow possible and winds northeast to north 10 to 20 mph… increasing to 15 to 25 mph Wednesday morning. The warning is in effect from 7 pm Tuesday to 5 pm est Wednesday.
* Timing… the snow will begin to fall late Tuesday afternoon, but the heavy snow is expected to arrive between 7 pm and 9 pm across the area from southwest to northeast.
02/02/14 7:45 a.m. - The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Storm Watch from Toledo to Mt. Vernon from Tuesday afternoon through noon on Wednesday.
Snow accumulation of 6 - 10 inches is possible, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 25 degrees. Winds will be from the north, 10 - 20 mph. Visibilities could be down to a quarter of a mile at times. Snow covered roads will make driving slow and hazardous. Some blowing snow could also make travel difficult.
