The Cardington FFA Chapter members carried out their planned exploration to Chicago by rising early on Thursday, March 13, 2014 to begin the journey.

Along the way they stopped at Albanese Chocolate Factory for some of their products and purchased some goody bags for the road. They were then headed for the hotel to have some down time to swim or just hang out.

That evening they attended the Blue Man Group Show in downtown Chicago and returned to the hotel to prepare for the next day. That day, Friday, they went to the Chicago Board of Trade, the Sears Tower, Aquarium, China Town and later to a mall to dine and have some down time after a busy day.

The last day of the trip they attended a Science Museum and watched a movie about the Great Reef.

They made their return journey home to Cardington that evening.

It was a great experience and they learned a lot of new and exciting things while on their exploration.

Chaperoning were James Fisher, Steve Rowe, Matt Yake, Bill Dornon, Steve Harper, Darlene Yake, Debbie Gilmore, Debbie Harper, Marie Shoemaker, Missy Straley, Chris Robinson, Richard Kimes, Darlene Slack, Jackie Waters and Netta Dever.
