Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Chilcote are celebrating their 60th anniversary. Lowell and the former Margie Kidwell were married July 1, 1956 at the Alum Creek Friends Church parsonage.
They are the parents of four children: Rick (Elizabeth) Chilcote, Brenda (Jeff) Thompson, Kathy Chilcote and Randy (Julie) Chilcote. They have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lowell is a semi-retired farmer and Margie is a homemaker.
