Matthew R. Chapman recently graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT, with a Bachelor of Science in business management.
Ensign Chapman’s first assignment will be helicopter flight training in Pensacola, FL. Matthew is the grandson of Betty Chapman of Mount Gilead and John Emery of Oscala, FL, as well as the son of Arlen and Sharon Chapman of Nashua, NH.
