Frank Perry, retired Cardington-Lincoln School District superintendent and former Cardington mayor, has penned his biography, “Memories of a Coal Miner’s Son.”

The autobiography is his life story of “how a young man struggles to escape his environment.” He relates his life story from the age of five to the present. Perry is a resident of Florida.
