Dec. 9- Property damage

A caller reported she struck a parked vehicle on South Main Street while driving causing disabling damage to her own car.

Dec. 9– Traffic offense

A driver on West Marion Road was cited for driving under suspension and a laud exhaust.

Dec. 10- Traffic offense

A Mount Gilead Police officer cited a driver on South Main Street with DUS.

Dec. 12- Suspicious vehicle

MGPD was called to investigate a suspicious vehicle outside a Rich Street residence. The parked car reportedly smelled like marijuana.

Dec. 12- Assist other unit

An officer was called to assist the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in serving a warrant for Lincoln Avenue resident.

Dec. 13- Property damage

Mount Gilead Police were dispatched to an accident that occurred at the intersection of West High and Delaware Streets.

Dec. 13- Vandalism

The First Presbyterian Church has been the target of vandalism incidents. Most recently, the church had temporary fencing destroyed.

Dec. 14- Traffic offense

MGPD cited a driver on West Marion Street for driving under suspension.
