4:50 a.m. Assisted the Morrow Co Sheriff’s Office with a report of an active domestic dispute on State Rt. 309.
10:25 a.m. Complainant requested a well being check on South Main St., with a report of threats of hurting himself on Facebook. Knocked on the door, no response, window covering the windows, advised the complainant.
12:05 p.m. Complainant reported her granddaughter took money from her purse on W. Marion Rd.
4:05 p.m. Morrow County Sheriff Office advised of a disabled vehicle on E. High St., directed traffic until vehicle was able to move.
6:00 p.m. Warrant executed simultaneously with the Delaware Co. on T.R. 175.
1:15 a.m. Arrest made for felony possession of marijuana and trafficking in Marijuana. Citations issued for license plate light and possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia in the 900 block on E. High St.
5:27 a.m. Assisted the morrow Co Sheriff’s Office with a perimeter security during a fire drill in the jail.
6:15 a.m. A report was made in the Mt. Gilead Police Dept. that a driver’s side mirror of a vehicle had been damaged while parker in the public parking lot at Main St. and E. High St. A report was required for insurance purposes, photographed the damage and documented.
11:19 a.m. A vehicle was noticed that it was in the partially in the roadway on East St. with a hand written note explaining the vehicle had been towed there and the wrecker operator left the vehicle in its current spot. Also on the note it advised that the wrecker would return tonight and move the vehicle from the roadway. Left a note and the home owner called and the rules regarding a junk motor vehicles and she said she understood and would take care of it.
12:58 a.m. A client at the Community Actio0on Office reported to staff that another client had taken a concealed weapon inside the building. The building is posted No Weapons. The man was contacted and explained and he denied carrying a concealed weapon in the building.
5:07 p.m. Investigated a non injury traffic crash on E. High St.
5:51 p.m. Assisted the State Highway Patrol at U.S. 42 South on a non injury crash. Directed traffic and had the vehicles move from the roadway prior to the State patrol’s arrival.
5:11 a.m. Assisted and Secured the North gym entrance on Cherry St.
2:40 p.m. Dispatched advised that the complaint had a car follow to their residence on E. Cedar St and confronted them about passing him in a no passing zone but was unable to locate anyone arguing.
7:04 p.m. Cited and released for theft at Krogers.
9:55 p.m. Arrested for O.V.I, Driving O.V.I., Driving under O.V.I. suspension and a marked lanes violation on E. High St.
8:20 a.m. Complaintant reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle. The other vehicle was plowing snow for Certified Gas Station. The complaint looked at the damage and found it was just a scuff mark and requested the incident documented.
4:56 p.m. Entry gained without damage on Iberia St.
7:29 p.m. Kroger Fuel Staff reported a theft of fuel.
7:28 a.m. Investigated a non-injury accident on Iberia St.
3:08 p.m. Dispatcher advised of a 911 open line call from a cell phone on N. Delaware St. Contacted the juvenile but he stated he hadn’t used his phone, checked the number and call was coming from a different number, cleared the scene.
6:55 p.m. Dispatched to S. Main St. to a fight. Caller advised two women in their early twenties were engaged in a verbal dispute, the women were gone prior to arrival.
11:20 p.m. On Park Ave, found a school bus with horn blaring, contacted the key holder of bus garage to shut the bus off.
11:40 p.m. Complainant reported loud music from the 200 block of W. Union St, the man was intoxicated but stated he would keep the music turned down.
1:37 a.m. Complaint advised of loud music coming from the residence in the 200 block of W. Union St.,, outside the music could be heard but it was not turned up loud. The resident could be heard talking to himself and who visibly intoxicated. Advised him to turn off the radio and go to sleep and was advised he would be issued a citation for disorderly conduct. He advised he turn off the radio and go to bed.
5:44 a.m. An open door was located at Pizzaburg and footprints were observed going behind the building to all three rear business doors. Building was checked and later secured. Dispatcher attempted to locate a working number for the business but was unsuccessful so a card was left.
3:18 p.m. Bank employees advised a customer deposited an empty envelope thru the atm and then started withdrawing money out of the account.
3:30 p.m. The Complainant locked the keys inside her vehicle, entry gained without damage on Baker St.
2:32 a.m. Arrested person for persistent disorderly conduct on the 200 block of W. Union St.
4:25 p.m. Complainant reported her daughter took her debit card and her Epic card and used them without permission. She also stated she has custody of her grandchildren. The daughter took two of the children and van and has not returned the vehicle or the children. The vehicle is owned by the complaint’s ex-husband who is currently in the hospital. Asked for the paperwork regarding custody of the children and she stated the paperwork is in the van. Requested the Morrow Co Sheriff’s Office to issue as B.O.L.O. for the vehicle and to check the well being of the children. Spoke to the daughter who stated she was given permission to use the debit card and vehicle. Advised the daughter to contact the complaint.
