The drive began at Thanksgiving and the goal was to collect toiletries to be given to shut ins who receive Mobile Meals from the Seniors on Center.

Sponsoring the drive was the Family Dollar Store, West Main Street, in Cardington. Manager Tina Schwartz and Asst. manager Joe Albright said this is their way of helping the county’s shut-ins. Accepting the donations on behalf of the Seniors on Center was the fiscal manager, Linda Welch, who expressed appreciation for the products.
