The Morrow Community Action Neighborhood Center is accepting dry goods starting July 1st thru August 31st from 8 am-4 pm Monday thru Friday for the food pantry we are running at our site starting in September.
The food pantry will be open Wednesday and Friday 8:30 am-11:00 am and 1:30 pm-3:30 pm. You may use the programs once a month, based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. It will have the same stipulations as the personal needs closet. You must show ID and be the primary applicant in the house. We will have a sheet that clients can fill out just like the personal needs closet and, depending on what we have in the pantry that week, will depend on what we offer. It will be first come, first served. Clients being seen by appointments for PIPP or HEAP will be taken first and we will do our best to work the Personal Needs and Food Pantry clients as best we can.

The Morrow Office has 3 budget class options. All of them will need to be scheduled events. Please visit the web site for more details. If you do not have internet, please call the main office 419-946-2009. Starting January 2015, you will have to take a budget class and provide proof before you will be given items from the Personal Needs closet. OSUM Extension is even offering a class on couponing, meal planning, and how to make the most out of your SNAP benefits.
