MANSFIELD – The Mansfield Symphony Orchestra and Chorus will open its season with Music of the Night: Broadway Pops on Saturday, September 27th at 8PM, featuring favorite Broadway music. Tickets are on sale online all the time at mansfieldtickets.com or through the Renaissance Box Office, Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 5pm, 419-522-2726. Tickets are $27, $32, and $37, with a limited number of $15 tickets available at the door beginning two hours prior to the event. A discount is available for seniors and children through the Box Office. All regular ticketing fees apply.


Under the baton of Mansfield Symphony Music Director Thomas Hong, this all-Broadway concert features an array of talented local soloists, including Laura Schupbach, soprano; Madeline Beer, mezzo-soprano; Condrea Webber, alto; Scott Schag, tenor; Michael Miller, tenor; and Zachary Adkins, baritone. The Mansfield Symphony Chorus, directed by Chorus Director Dirk Eachus, will also participate, highlighting a number of songs from popular musicals such as Les Miserables, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, and many more.


Please note that this concert has been changed from its originally scheduled date of September 20. The Broadway Pops concert is part of the 2014-2015 Graham Automall Renaissance Season, and is presented by CenturyLink and Jay Industries, with additional funding from the Ohio Arts Council.
