The Central District announced its tournament draw for the 2015-16 girls’ basketball season.

Cardington earned the fourth seed and will be the only Morrow County team to host a first-round game, as they will play Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. against Fairbanks.

Northmor opens with a bye and will take the court on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. against either Elgin or Centerburg. The Knights would travel to Elgin or host Centerburg, depending on the winner of that first-round game.

Both Highland and Mount Gilead will open with road contests against seeded opposition on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. The Scots will travel to seventh-seeded Liberty Union, while MG will visit top-seeded Africentric.
