Northmor earned a 3-0 win at East Knox on Thursday in KMAC volleyball action.

In winning by scores of 26-24, 25-12 and 25-21, the Golden Knights got six kills from Maddie Abrams and five from Hannah James. Lizzie Erlsten finished with six aces, 10 digs and 20 assists. Both Jillian Zeger and Mary Dean picked up three aces. Kallie Wright finished with 13 digs and Maya Trainer added eight.

Highland Scots

Highland picked up a second MOAC win in the week when they traveled to River Valley and swept their hosts by scores of 25-8, 25-18 and 25-16.

Larsen Terrill picked up 34 assists to go with eight kills and 10 digs. Kameron Stover finished with 16 kills and three blocks, while Reagan Maibach added 13 kills and three blocks. Addie Mullins contributed four blocks, four kills and three aces and both Jossalyn Varney and Mia Stanco had three blocks each.

Mount Gilead Indians

On Thursday, Mount Gilead was unable to bounce back after a slow start to their home match against Centerburg.

The Trojans won the first set 25-0 before going on to pick up 25-12 and 25-15 wins to close out the contest.
