On Wednesday, the Highland girls’ golf team set a new nine-hole team record in picking up a 191-212 win over visiting Clear Fork. The previous mark was 193.

Ceci Grassbaugh shot 35 to pace the team, while Sierra Fitzpatrick (46) and Ellie Rhea (54) both recorded their top scores of the year. Piper Dabbert tied her best round by shooting 56.

The boys’ team was defeated by the Colts by a 153-175 margin. Both Jayden Collins and Carter Merckling shot 43 in the match. Wayne Morrison added a round of 44.
